A- Sales conditions

The “Seller” “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.”, has products for sale on www.chesterboots.net website, and e-commerce services are available exclusively to final consumers.

The “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.” reserves the right not process received orders from users who are not “Consumers” or those who do not agree with seller’s the sale conditions of “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.”.

The consumer shall provide to the seller an e-mail address, or another form of contact, that is correct. The consumer accepts that the seller may contact him using such data, if he considers it necessary. The data provided by the customer is covered by our personal data protection policy.

B – Availability

The satisfaction of all orders placed on the site is subject to availability.

The “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.” tries to ensure that all items for sale on the site exist in stock. However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock.

Submissions and Returns

E – Dispatch

We ship to Portugal (Mainland and Islands), Spain (Mainland and Islands), Netherlands, France (Mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, United Kingdom (Mainland) and Switzerland.

The online store has no own stock. For this very reason, we can only send orders placed within 1 to 10 working days after receipt of the order. If this time frame is too long, please contact our Customer Service (support@chesterboots.net or WhatsApp: 912 189 829) and we will try to satisfy your request.

Deliveries and collections in Portugal (Mainland) and Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) are operated by Nacex and implemented on working days until 7 p.m. If the customer is not at the address to receive the order, he/she will be contacted to reschedule the delivery. If the customer does not receive the order and is interested in its reshipment, postage will be charged.

In the Netherlands, France (Mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg and Ireland, deliveries and collections are made by DHL. The client can track the location of its shipment. Since it is not possible to schedule the delivery, it will be made by the carrier without prior contact. Therefore, it is important to ensure that someone is at the address to receive the order.

Deliveries and collections to the UK (Mainland) are also carried out by DHL. Due to Brexit, fees or taxes may be charged. The same applies to Switzerland as it is an extra-community country.

We do not ship on holidays.

G – Return

If the item ordered does not fit or is not like, you have 8 days to make a return.

To place an order for returning an order, you must complete the form available in your customer area with all information about the product to be returned.

In case of return, the refund will be processed in the following days using the same payment method used in the purchase. Please note that the time of a refund made depends on the payment method.

Made-to-measure boot returns are not accepted.

H – Requirements to be met in case of return

Returns are accepted if:

  • Products have not been washed or used;
  • The product retains its original characteristics;
  • The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned);
  • Products that have been tampered with or show signs of use are not accepted.

I – Shipping costs in case of return

In cases of return’s the cost is supported by the seller.
