The “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.” reserves the right not process received orders from users who are not “Consumers” or those who do not agree with seller’s the sale conditions of “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.”.
The consumer shall provide to the seller an e-mail address, or another form of contact, that is correct. The consumer accepts that the seller may contact him using such data, if he considers it necessary. The data provided by the customer is covered by our personal data protection policy.
The satisfaction of all orders placed on the site is subject to availability.
The “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.” tries to ensure that all items for sale on the site exist in stock. However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock.

Submissions and Returns
If the customer makes an order whose value exceeds the minimum set for their country or campaign, the shipment will be made at no cost, that is, free of charge. If the customer does not receive the order and is interested in its resubmission, even if the item exceeds the minimum amount, will be charged postage.
The online store has no stock of its own. For the same reason, we will only be able to ship orders placed within 1 to 10 working days after receiving the order. If this period is too long, please contact our Customer Service (email@example.com or WhatsApp: 912 189 829) and we will try to realize your request.
We deliver orders Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on holidays. If you are not at the address informed to receive the order, you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.
The delivery time always depends on the destination of the order.
- Mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain: next business day after shipment;
- Madeira Island: between 2 to 3 working days after shipment;
- Azores Islands: between 3 to 4 working days after shipment;
- Baleares Islands: next business day after shipment;
- Canary, Ceuta and Melila Islands: 2 days after shipment;
- Remaining destinations between 3 and 7 business days after shipment.
If the item ordered does not fit or is not like, you have 8 days to make a return.
To place an order for returning an order, you must complete the form available in your customer area with all information about the product to be returned.
In case of return, the refund will be processed in the following days using the same payment method used in the purchase. Please note that the time of a refund made depends on the payment method.
Requirements to be met in case of return
Returns are accepted if:
- Products have not been washed or used;
- The product retains its original characteristics;
- The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned);
- Products that have been tampered with or show signs of use are not accepted.
Shipping costs in case of return
In cases of return´s the cost is supported by the seller.
